Create a New Scenario to Connect Quickbase and SpaceX
In the workspace, click the โCreate New Scenarioโ button.
Add the First Step
Add the first node โ a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Quickbase, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Quickbase or SpaceX will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Quickbase or SpaceX, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.
Add the Quickbase Node
Select the Quickbase node from the app selection panel on the right.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Quickbase, SpaceX, and any additional nodes, donโt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking โRun onceโ and triggering an event to check if the Quickbase and SpaceX integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Quickbase and SpaceX (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
SpaceX + Quickbase + Slack: When a new SpaceX launch is scheduled (New Launch trigger), the system retrieves related project details from Quickbase using 'Find Or Create Record' and then sends a message to a designated Slack channel with the launch details and Quickbase project context.
SpaceX + Quickbase + Google Sheets: When a new SpaceX launch is registered (New Launch trigger), retrieve associated project codes from Quickbase using 'Find Or Create Record' and log the launch data along with the project codes into a designated Google Sheet.
