Depending on your setup, data should flow between QuickBooks and LiveChat (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect QuickBooks and LiveChat
LiveChat + QuickBooks + Slack: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, and if a tag related to 'invoice' or 'billing' is present, find the customer in QuickBooks and post the invoice details to a Slack channel.
LiveChat + QuickBooks + Gmail: When a LiveChat session is deactivated, fetch the chat transcript. If the chat contains keywords like 'billing' or 'invoice', find the customer's information in QuickBooks and send a summary of the chat and customer info to the accounting team's Gmail address.
