Depending on your setup, data should flow between QuickBooks and Missive (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect QuickBooks and Missive
QuickBooks + Missive + Slack: When a new invoice is created in QuickBooks, the information is sent to Missive as a draft for review. Once the draft is approved and sent in Missive, a notification is posted to a designated Slack channel.
Missive + QuickBooks + Zendesk: When a new contact is created in Missive, the automation checks if a customer with the same email already exists in QuickBooks. If the customer doesn't exist, a new customer profile is created in QuickBooks, and a new support ticket is opened in Zendesk.
