Test the Scenario

Depending on your setup, data should flow between QuickBooks and Userback (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect QuickBooks and Userback

Userback + QuickBooks + Slack: When new feedback is created in Userback indicating a billing issue, a new customer is created in QuickBooks (if one doesn't exist), and the accounting team is notified in Slack.

Userback + QuickBooks + Gmail: When positive feedback is received in Userback, the automation finds a customer in QuickBooks (if one exists) and sends the user a thank you email with a coupon code through Gmail.
