Most powerful ways to connect QuickBooks and Volunteero
Volunteero + Google Sheets + QuickBooks: When a new volunteer report is created in Volunteero, this automation adds the volunteer hours as a new row in Google Sheets. Then, it creates an invoice in QuickBooks based on these hours for grant reporting.
Volunteero + QuickBooks + Slack: When a volunteer is updated in Volunteero (e.g., completes their hours), an invoice request is automatically created in QuickBooks. A notification is then sent to the finance team in Slack with the new invoice details.
