After configuring Qwilr, Campaign Monitor, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Qwilr and Campaign Monitor integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Qwilr and Campaign Monitor (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Qwilr + Campaign Monitor + Slack: When a Qwilr proposal is accepted, the client's information is added or updated in a specified Campaign Monitor list. Subsequently, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the sales team about the accepted proposal and new subscriber.
Campaign Monitor + Qwilr + Pipedrive: When a lead clicks a link in a Campaign Monitor email, a new deal is created in Pipedrive and a Qwilr proposal is automatically generated and associated with the new Pipedrive deal.
