After configuring Qwilr, Fotor, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Qwilr and Fotor integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Qwilr and Fotor (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Qwilr and Fotor
Qwilr + Fotor + Google Drive: When a Qwilr page is accepted, this automation retrieves associated images potentially edited in Fotor (though Fotor integration is limited), and uploads the Qwilr proposal document along with available images to a specified Google Drive folder for organized storage and access.
Qwilr + Fotor + Slack: When a Qwilr page is first viewed, and assuming Fotor images might be used within (although direct integration is absent), a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the sales team about the viewed proposal. The notification includes key details about the viewed Qwilr page.
