Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Qwilr and Salesforce integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Qwilr and Salesforce (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Qwilr and Salesforce
Qwilr + Salesforce + Slack: When a Qwilr proposal is accepted, the corresponding opportunity stage in Salesforce is automatically updated. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel informing the sales team of the acceptance.
Salesforce + Qwilr + PandaDoc: When a new lead is created in Salesforce, automatically create and send a proposal from Qwilr using a pre-designed template. PandaDoc is intended for document signing, but there isn't a direct link to trigger a document using this platform based on Salesforce and Qwilr. PandaDoc is therefore only used after the Qwilr document is sent and is outside of this automation flow.
