Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Qwilr, Simplesat, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Qwilr and Simplesat integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Qwilr and Simplesat (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Qwilr and Simplesat
Qwilr + Simplesat + Slack: When a Qwilr page is accepted, and a new Simplesat answer is received, the flow checks if the answer is positive. If it is, a message is sent to Slack notifying the team of the successful proposal and positive feedback.
Simplesat + Qwilr + Pipedrive: When a new Simplesat answer is received, the flow checks if the rating is poor. If so, a Pipedrive task is created to review the related Qwilr proposal and address any client concerns based on the Simplesat feedback.
