Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring RD Station, Figma, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the RD Station and Figma integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between RD Station and Figma (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect RD Station and Figma

RD Station + Figma + Slack: When a new lead conversion occurs in RD Station, trigger a new design request by posting a comment in a specified Figma file. Notify the design team about the new request via a Slack channel message.

Figma + RD Station + Google Sheets: When a Figma project file has its version history listed (acting as a proxy for completion), update the lead nurturing stage of the corresponding contact in RD Station, and then log this completion event, along with other relevant data, in a Google Sheets spreadsheet.
