Render + Slack: When a new Render deploy is completed, a message is sent to a specified Slack channel to notify the team of the deployment status.
Render + Google Sheets: Logs Render deployment statuses to a Google Sheet. When a deploy changes status, the sheet is updated. Optionally, ReachInbox can then send a report.
