Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Recraft, Slack bot, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Recraft and Slack bot integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Recraft and Slack bot (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Recraft and Slack bot

Recraft + Google Drive + Slack bot: When an image is generated in Recraft, it's automatically saved to a specific folder in Google Drive. The Slack bot then sends a message to a designated channel notifying users that a new image has been added and providing a link to the file.

Slack bot + Airtable + Recraft: When a user requests an image via a Slack bot command, the request details are logged in Airtable. Then, Recraft generates the image based on the request, and the generated image URL could be stored in Airtable as well (though the last action is limited by available actions).
