Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Recut, Lexoffice, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Recut and Lexoffice integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Recut and Lexoffice (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Recut and Lexoffice

Recut + Google Drive + Lexoffice: When a video project is finalized in Recut, the video file is automatically uploaded to Google Drive. The Google Drive file link, along with any related Lexoffice invoice ID, are then saved in a designated location.

Lexoffice + Recut + Slack: When a new payment is received in Lexoffice, the flow retrieves associated video links from Recut and sends a Slack notification containing a preview of the video, improving client service with timely updates.
