Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Recut, OpenPhone, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Recut and OpenPhone integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Recut and OpenPhone (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Recut and OpenPhone

Recut + Slack: When Recut highlights a call transcript that mentions a competitor using its 'Events from Call Transcripts' trigger, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel notifying the sales team about the mention using the 'Send Public Channel Message' action.

OpenPhone + Recut + Google Sheets: When a call summary is generated in OpenPhone, triggered by 'Events from Call Summaries', Recut enriches the call data. Then Google Sheets saves the enriched data as a new row, triggered by 'Add Single Row', for analysis.
