Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Recut, SendFox, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Recut and SendFox integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Recut and SendFox (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Recut and SendFox

Recut + SendFox + Google Sheets: When a video link is shortened in Recut, the data from that shortened link, along with the link itself, is sent via SendFox in a new email campaign. The performance data of that campaign is then stored in a Google Sheet for tracking.

SendFox + Recut + Airtable: When a new email campaign is created in SendFox, the Recut action shortens the link. The newly emailed video content is then logged in Airtable, linking back to the original and shortened versions.
