Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Render, Google Analytics, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Render and Google Analytics integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Render and Google Analytics (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Render and Google Analytics

Render + Google Analytics + Slack: When a new deployment is triggered in Render, a report is run in Google Analytics to analyze traffic changes. A notification with the report results is then sent to a Slack channel.

Render + Google Analytics + Google Sheets: On new Render deployments, traffic data from Google Analytics is retrieved and added as a new row in a Google Sheet for tracking website performance.
