Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Render, HubSpot, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Render and HubSpot integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Render and HubSpot (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Render and HubSpot
Render + HubSpot + Slack: When a new deploy is triggered in Render, a contact is created in HubSpot. Then, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the sales team about the new deployment and the new contact.
HubSpot + Google Sheets + Render: When a new form submission is received in HubSpot, the contact information is added to a Google Sheet. Then, Render triggers a deploy to update marketing pages based on the new information.
