Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Render, pdfFiller, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Render and pdfFiller integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Render and pdfFiller (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Render and pdfFiller

Render + pdfFiller + Webflow: When a new deploy happens on Render, automatically upload a PDF document to pdfFiller, create a distributable form and generate a shareable link, then update a Webflow collection item with the link for lead capture.

pdfFiller + Google Drive + Render: When a new filled form is received in pdfFiller, archive the document to Google Drive. Afterwards, trigger a deploy on Render to reflect document completion on the website.
