Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Render, Streak, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Render and Streak integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Render and Streak (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Render and Streak
Render + Slack + Streak: When a new deploy is triggered in Render, a message is sent to a specified Slack channel to notify the team. This notification includes details of the deploy, and then creates a new comment in streak.
Streak + Render + Google Sheets: When a new deal (box) is created in Streak, it triggers a deploy in Render for a staging environment. Details of the new deal and the Render deploy are then logged to a Google Sheet for tracking.
