Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Render, Teamleader, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Render and Teamleader integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Render and Teamleader (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Render and Teamleader

Render + Slack + Teamleader: When a deployment on Render succeeds or fails, a message is sent to a specified Slack channel. The message includes relevant information about the deployment and a link to the associated project in Teamleader, which requires finding the project in Teamleader first.

Teamleader + Render + Google Sheets: When time is logged in Teamleader against a specific project, this flow retrieves information about the associated Render service via its name and logs the total development time from Teamleader into a Google Sheet for tracking and reporting.
