Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Render, Wealthbox, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Render and Wealthbox integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Render and Wealthbox (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Render and Wealthbox
Render + Wealthbox + Slack: When a new deploy is triggered in Render, find the corresponding client in Wealthbox and send a notification in Slack to the sales team with a link to the deployed service.
Wealthbox + Render + Google Sheets: When a new contact is created in Wealthbox, retrieve the service from Render for that client (assuming a naming convention). Add the client's hosting cost to a Google Sheet for budgeting and reporting.
