Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Replicate and Acuity Scheduling integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Replicate and Acuity Scheduling (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Replicate and Acuity Scheduling

Acuity Scheduling + Replicate + Slack: When a new appointment is booked in Acuity Scheduling, a prompt related to the client's needs is sent to Replicate to generate an AI image. Once the image is generated, it is shared in a designated Slack channel for the team's review.

Acuity Scheduling + Replicate + Google Sheets: When a new appointment is created in Acuity Scheduling, a prompt is sent to Replicate to generate an AI Image. The appointment details along with the AI image prompts and results are then recorded in a Google Sheet for tracking and analysis.
