Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Replicate, Toggl Track, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Replicate and Toggl Track integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Replicate and Toggl Track (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Replicate and Toggl Track

Replicate + Toggl Track + Slack: When a new AI art generation is triggered in Replicate, a time entry is started in Toggl Track. Once the generation result is available, the time entry is stopped, and a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the team for review.

Toggl Track + Replicate + Google Sheets: When a new time entry is created in Toggl Track with a specific tag indicating an AI image task, the flow retrieves the associated prompts and results from Replicate (assuming a naming convention or linked data) and records them in Google Sheets for analysis.
