Depending on your setup, data should flow between RingCentral and Telegram (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect RingCentral and Telegram

RingCentral + Twilio + Telegram: When a new voicemail is received in RingCentral, Twilio transcribes the voicemail recording. The transcription is then sent as a text message to a specified Telegram chat.

Telegram + RingCentral + Google Sheets: Track support request counts from Telegram and call data from RingCentral in Google Sheets for daily reports. When there's a new update in Telegram and a new call ended in RingCentral, the flow updates a row in Google Sheets to include both the number of Telegram messages and the RingCentral call data.
