Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring RingCentral, TickTick, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the RingCentral and TickTick integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between RingCentral and TickTick (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect RingCentral and TickTick

RingCentral + TickTick + Google Calendar: When a new missed call is received in RingCentral, a task is created in TickTick to follow up. This task's due date is then used to create a follow-up event in Google Calendar.

TickTick + RingCentral + Slack: When an urgent task is created in TickTick, a RingCentral call is generated to the assigned user. A Slack message is then sent to a designated channel to notify the team about the urgent task.
