Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the RingCentral and Todoist integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between RingCentral and Todoist (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect RingCentral and Todoist

RingCentral + Todoist + Google Calendar: When a new missed call is received in RingCentral, a task is created in Todoist to call the number back. A Google Calendar event is then created to schedule the callback.

Todoist + RingCentral + Slack: When a new or modified task is created in Todoist, RingCentral generates a RingOut call to a predefined number, and a notification is sent to a dedicated Slack channel.
