Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring RingCentral, Twist, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the RingCentral and Twist integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between RingCentral and Twist (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect RingCentral and Twist

RingCentral + Google Sheets + Twist: When a RingCentral call is missed, the details of the missed call are logged into a Google Sheet. A summary of the missed call, including the caller ID and time, is then posted to a Twist channel.

RingCentral + Jira + Twist: When a new call recording is available in RingCentral, this flow creates a Jira issue to track issues. A notification with the Jira issue summary and link is then posted to a Twist channel.
