Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring RingCentral, Typeform, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the RingCentral and Typeform integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between RingCentral and Typeform (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect RingCentral and Typeform

Typeform + Google Sheets + RingCentral: When a new submission is received in Typeform, the response is added as a new row in Google Sheets. If the response indicates negative feedback, a RingCentral call is generated to follow up with the respondent.

RingCentral + Typeform + Slack: When a new missed call is detected in RingCentral, a message is sent to a Slack channel with a link to a Typeform feedback form, allowing users to easily provide context about the missed call.
