Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring RingCentral, Webflow, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the RingCentral and Webflow integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between RingCentral and Webflow (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect RingCentral and Webflow

RingCentral + Slack + Webflow: When a call is missed in RingCentral, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel. This message prompts the team to update the Webflow website with an announcement about the missed call and any resulting actions.

Webflow + RingCentral + Google Sheets: When a new form is submitted on a Webflow site, a RingOut call is initiated to the submitter using RingCentral. The details of the call are then recorded in a Google Sheet for tracking and analysis.
