Create a New Scenario to Connect Rss.app and Square
In the workspace, click the โCreate New Scenarioโ button.
Add the First Step
Add the first node โ a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Rss.app, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Rss.app or Square will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Rss.app or Square, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Now, click the Square node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your Square settings. Authentication allows you to use Square through Latenode.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Rss.app, Square, and any additional nodes, donโt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking โRun onceโ and triggering an event to check if the Rss.app and Square integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Rss.app and Square (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Rss.app + Square + Slack: When a new article is added to an RSS feed, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel. Additionally, when a sale occurs in Square, a notification is also sent to the same Slack channel to track related sales.
Square + Rss.app + Email: When a sale occurs on Square, the workflow checks an RSS feed for trending news. A summary of the trending news is then sent in an email to the customer.
