Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Salesforce, Userback, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the Salesforce and Userback integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Salesforce and Userback (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Salesforce and Userback

Userback + Salesforce + Slack: When new feedback is created in Userback, a task is created in Salesforce. The sales team is then notified in a Slack channel about the new Salesforce task.

Userback + Salesforce + Jira: When a new bug report is submitted in Userback, a new issue is created in Jira. The related Salesforce opportunity is then updated with a link to the Jira issue.
