Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Scoro and Userback integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Scoro and Userback (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Scoro and Userback

Userback + Scoro + Slack: When new feedback is submitted in Userback, a corresponding task is created in Scoro. The relevant project team is then notified via a Slack channel message.

Userback + Scoro + Google Sheets: This automation tracks user feedback trends. When new feedback is created in Userback, it's recorded in Google Sheets along with a link to the related task in Scoro.
