Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Scoro, Webhook, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Scoro and Webhook integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Scoro and Webhook (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Scoro and Webhook

Scoro + Webhook + Slack: When a new project is created in Scoro, a webhook is triggered to send the project details to a specified URL. Upon receiving the data, the webhook then triggers a message in a designated Slack channel to notify the relevant team about the new project.

Webhook + Scoro + Google Sheets: When a webhook receives data, it creates a new task in Scoro with the data received. The automation then logs the details of the new task, like name and due date, into a Google Sheet for tracking and reporting purposes.
