Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Scrapeless, TickTick, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Scrapeless and TickTick integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Scrapeless and TickTick (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Scrapeless and TickTick

Scrapeless + Google Sheets + TickTick: Scrapeless crawls a URL for product prices. The scraped data, including the price, is added as a new row in Google Sheets. If the price changes compared to the last entry, a new task is created in TickTick to remind the user to review the product.

TickTick + Scrapeless + Slack: When a new task is created in TickTick with a specific tag (e.g., 'price_watch'), Scrapeless scrapes data from a URL mentioned in the task description. If the scraped price is lower than a previously stored price (hypothetically stored somehow, since we can't read the previous price directly), a message is sent to a Slack channel.
