Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring SendFox, Bitly, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the SendFox and Bitly integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between SendFox and Bitly (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect SendFox and Bitly

SendFox + Bitly + Google Sheets: When a new campaign is sent via SendFox, a shortened Bitly link is created. The Bitly link and campaign information are then added as a new row in Google Sheets to track click performance.

Bitly + SendFox + Slack: Retrieves the number of clicks for shortened links used in SendFox campaigns. If a Bitly link reaches a defined high number of clicks, a message is sent to a specified Slack channel to notify the marketing team.
