Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring SendFox, Database, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the SendFox and Database integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between SendFox and Database (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect SendFox and Database

SendFox + Database + Google Sheets: When a new contact is added in SendFox, their information is stored in a database. Then, a summary report is created in Google Sheets using data from the database.

Database + SendFox + Slack: When a database entry is updated, a personalized email is sent in SendFox to the contact associated with the entry. The team is then notified in Slack about the update and the email sent.
