Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring SendFox, Fibery, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the SendFox and Fibery integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between SendFox and Fibery (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect SendFox and Fibery

SendFox + Google Sheets + Fibery: When a new campaign is created in SendFox, its details, such as name and number of recipients, are added to a Google Sheets spreadsheet. This spreadsheet is then monitored, and when a new row is added (representing the new campaign), the campaign data is used to create or update an entity in Fibery to track campaign performance.

Fibery + SendFox + Slack: When a new entity (representing a feature request) is created or updated in Fibery, a contact is created (or updated) in SendFox with information about the feature request. Finally, a message is sent to a Slack channel notifying the team about the new feature request and the creation/update of the SendFox contact for targeted email campaigns.
