Depending on your setup, data should flow between SendFox and Simplesat (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect SendFox and Simplesat

Simplesat + SendFox + Google Sheets: When a new answer is submitted in Simplesat, the response is used to create or update a contact in SendFox. The Simplesat response details are then logged in a Google Sheet for analysis.

Simplesat + SendFox + Slack: When a customer submits a new answer in Simplesat, the flow checks if the answer is negative. If negative feedback is detected via searching, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the marketing team to address potential email content issues.
