Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring SendFox, Userback, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the SendFox and Userback integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between SendFox and Userback (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect SendFox and Userback

SendFox + Userback + Slack: When a new contact subscribes to SendFox, a new feedback request is created in Userback. A notification is then sent to a specified Slack channel to alert the marketing team of the new subscriber and the associated feedback request.

Userback + SendFox + Google Sheets: When new feedback is created in Userback, the user's email is added to a specified SendFox email list. The feedback details are then logged in a Google Sheet for tracking and analysis.
