Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Sendgrid, Kintone, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the Sendgrid and Kintone integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Sendgrid and Kintone (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Sendgrid and Kintone

Sendgrid + Kintone + Slack: When a new user signs up via Sendgrid and is added to a contact list, a new contact record is created in Kintone. A message is then sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the marketing team of the new signup.

Kintone + Sendgrid + Google Sheets: When a new record is created in Kintone, a personalized welcome email is sent via Sendgrid. The email sending details, such as recipient and timestamp, are then logged in a Google Sheet.
