Depending on your setup, data should flow between Sendgrid and Teamwork (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Sendgrid + Teamwork + Slack: When an email fails to deliver in Sendgrid (bounces, blocks, etc.), a task is created in Teamwork to investigate the delivery issue. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the team.
Teamwork + Sendgrid + Google Sheets: When a task is marked complete in Teamwork, a summary email is sent via Sendgrid to stakeholders, and the task completion data is logged to a Google Sheet for reporting purposes.
