Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the SendPulse and Pinecone integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between SendPulse and Pinecone (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect SendPulse and Pinecone

SendPulse + OpenAI ChatGPT + Pinecone: When a subscriber event occurs in SendPulse (e.g., new subscription), the subscriber's email campaign content is used to generate embeddings via OpenAI ChatGPT. These embeddings are then stored in Pinecone for later chatbot training.

Pinecone + HubSpot + SendPulse: When a contact is created or updated in HubSpot, the contact data is searched for in Pinecone. If found, the lead data from Pinecone is used to trigger personalized email campaigns via SendPulse.
