Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring SendPulse, Userback, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the SendPulse and Userback integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between SendPulse and Userback (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect SendPulse and Userback

Userback + Slack: When new feedback is created in Userback, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel, keeping the team informed of new customer input from email campaigns.

Userback + Google Sheets + SendPulse: When new feedback is submitted via Userback, the data, including contact information, is added as a new row in Google Sheets. Subsequently, an email is sent via SendPulse to the user providing the feedback, acknowledging their contribution.
