Most powerful ways to connect SendPulse and Zoho Desk

SendPulse + Google Sheets + Zoho Desk: When a subscriber event occurs in SendPulse (e.g., unsubscribe, subscribe), their information is added to a Google Sheet. This sheet is then used to update or create contacts in Zoho Desk, providing support with the latest customer engagement details.

Zoho Desk + SendPulse + Slack: When a new ticket is created in Zoho Desk, especially if it's high priority, SendPulse does nothing with it but a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the support team of the urgent issue.
