Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the ServiceM8 and Glide integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between ServiceM8 and Glide (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect ServiceM8 and Glide

ServiceM8 + Glide + Google Sheets: When a job is completed in ServiceM8, the technician's hours and other job details are added as a new row in a Glide app table. A weekly report summarizing technician hours is then exported to a Google Sheet.

Glide + ServiceM8 + Slack: When a client submits feedback through a Glide app (new row added), a new job is created in ServiceM8 to address the feedback. A notification with details of the feedback is then sent to the ServiceM8 team via Slack.
