ServiceM8 + Google Docs + Google Sheets: When a new job is created in ServiceM8, a Google Doc is generated with the job details. The link to this document is then logged in a Google Sheet for easy tracking and reference.
Google Docs + ServiceM8 + Slack: When a new document is created in a specific Google Docs folder (representing a finalized service report), the automation finds the technician based on report content. It then notifies the technician in ServiceM8 via a job update (simulated, as direct tech notification isn't available), and alerts the team in a dedicated Slack channel.
