Most powerful ways to connect ServiceM8 and QuestionPro

ServiceM8 + QuestionPro + Slack: When a new form response is received in ServiceM8 (presumably a service survey), the flow checks QuestionPro for negative answers. If a negative response is found, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel.

QuestionPro + ServiceM8 + Google Sheets: When new answers are submitted in QuestionPro (customer satisfaction survey), the flow retrieves relevant job data from ServiceM8. This data is then saved, along with the survey responses, into a new row in a Google Sheet.
