Depending on your setup, data should flow between Shippo and CloudTalk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Shippo and CloudTalk

CloudTalk + Shopify + Shippo: When a new call is received in CloudTalk, the flow checks if it is related to a Shopify order. If the call is about a delivery issue, the flow finds the related order in Shopify and creates a Shippo order to improve shipping strategy.

CloudTalk + Shippo + Zendesk: When a new call is received in CloudTalk, a Zendesk ticket is automatically created to track shipping inquiries. The ticket can include details fetched from Shippo regarding the customer's order, if applicable.
