Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Shippo, Figma, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Shippo and Figma integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Shippo and Figma (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Shippo and Figma

Shippo + Google Sheets + Figma: When a new shipping label is created in Shippo, the data is added to a Google Sheet for tracking. The Figma design file is then updated with the latest delivery estimates from the Google Sheet.

Shippo + Figma + Slack: When a new order is created in Shippo, it triggers a Figma design update. Slack then sends a message to a channel notifying the team of the new order and design update status.
