Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Signnow, Airtable, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Signnow and Airtable integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Signnow and Airtable (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Signnow and Airtable

Signnow + Airtable + Slack: When a document is completed in Signnow, a new record is created in Airtable with the document details. A Slack notification is then sent to the sales team to inform them of the completed contract.

Airtable + Signnow + Pipedrive: When a record is updated in Airtable, a signature request is generated in Signnow. The contact in Pipedrive associated with that record is then updated with information from the Signnow signature request.
